I am going to talk about Anxiety, Depression, and Panic Attacks. Let’s just refer to these issues as “ADP” for short.  as one topic. This is because MOST of the time a person is experiencing all three of these issues, although they are different, they are in fact more alike than they are different.

Stress is the body's reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional responses. Stress is a normal part of life. You can experience stress from your environment, your body, and your thoughts. Even positive life changes such as a promotion, a mortgage, or the birth of a child produce stress.

"Stress is a normal reaction the body has when change occurs. It can respond to these changes physically, mentally, or emotionally."

How does stress affect health?

"The human body is designed to experience stress and react to it. Stress can be positive, keeping us alert, motivated, and ready to avoid danger. Stress becomes negative when a person faces continuous challenges without relief or relaxation between stressors. As a result, the person becomes overworked, and stress-related tension builds. The body's autonomic nervous system has a built-in stress response that causes physiological changes to allow the body to combat stressful situations. This stress response, also known as the "fight or flight response" is activated in case of an emergency. However, this response can become chronically activated during prolonged periods of stress. Prolonged activation of the stress response causes wear and tear on the body – both physical and emotional.

If you learn to handle ALL stress in a good way, it will NEVER BE A PROBLEM nor will it have any ill effects on you.

Sadness, Loss, and Stress can be a significant issue for some individuals. Attempting to shuffle the entirety of our obligations and the ever-expanding requests being set on us can put an enormous cost to our well-being. As our feelings of anxiety go up, so do our well-being dangers. Hypnotherapy can not only assist you with calming directly down but could eliminate it altogether.”

The “Cleveland Clinic”

Anxiety, Depression and Panic Attacks

ADP currently affects over 350 million people all over the globe. Many people who suffer from ADP have tried just about everything to get rid of the problem. Anxiety and stress, PTSD, depression, panic attacks, and various other similar conditions can all occur with one another.

ADP can:

·Create bodily symptoms

·Effect relationships

·Decrease productivity

Hypnosis is effective in dealing with ADP on several levels. But it is important to know the symptoms and to decide to seek help and overcome the problem.

Many of my clients, who have struggled with ADP, have seen a psychiatrist in Harlingen, Brownsville or McAllen Texas only to be prescribed prescription drugs and anti-anxiety medications. Hypnosis has proven to be a great deal safer and actually eliminates the cause of the problem rather than relying on medications that only deal with the symptoms of anxiety. Hypnosis helps you eliminate the cause of the problem, and it helps strengthen your confidence, focus attention, and learn how to be calmer and more relaxed in your life. Hypnosis helps take away the guesswork and helps you permanently change the unconscious responses that cause ADP. It enables your mind to reframe a completely different response to situations that used to make you anxious in the past.

Common ADP Symptoms

ADP can be triggered by a number of different things. Some common examples are:

·The loss of a loved one

·The breakdown of a relationship

·Financial issues,

·Health issues

·Experiencing a traumatic event

These are just a few common triggers, and it is not uncommon for people to put on a façade of being happy and content in life, yet on the inside, they are struggling with these unwanted feelings.

Below are some of the common symptoms of ADP:

  • ·A lack of motivation and loss of interest in things you used to enjoy

  • ·Not wanting to get out of bed in the morning

  • ·Insomnia, nightmares, and erratic sleeping patterns

  • ·Binge eating

  • ·Starvation

  • ·Binge drinking and self-medicating with drink and/or drugs

  • ·Feelings of isolation

  • ·Numbness

  • ·Stomach discomfort

  • ·Shortness of breath

  • ·Weight gain

  • ·Weight loss

  • ·Heart palpitations

  • ·Pulsing in the ear

  • ·Chest pains

  • ·Headaches and/or migraines

  • ·Going from one extreme to the other

  • Your mood is depressed for most of the day, especially in the morning

  • You feel tired or have a lack of energy almost every day

  • You feel worthless or guilty almost every day

  • You have a hard time focusing, remembering details, and making decisions

  • You can’t sleep, or you sleep too much almost every day

  • You have almost no interest or pleasure in many activities nearly every day

  • You think often about death or suicide (not just a fear of death)

  • You feel restless or slowed down

  • You’ve lost or gained weight

  • Feel cranky and restless

  • Lose pleasure in life

  • Overeat or stop feeling hungry

  • Have aches, pains, headaches, cramps, or digestive problems that don’t go away or get better with treatment

  • Have sad, anxious, or "empty" feelings

Are any of these familiar to you?

While these symptoms are common, not everyone with ADP will have the same ones. How severe they are, how often they happen, and how long they last can vary.

Your symptoms may also happen in patterns. (Remember this) For example, depression may come with a change in seasons (a condition formerly called seasonal affective disorder. OMG!

It's not uncommon for people with ADP to have physical signs of the condition. They may include joint pain, back pain, digestive problems, sleep trouble, and appetite changes. You might have slowed speech and movements, too. The reason is that brain chemicals linked to depression, specifically serotonin, and norepinephrine, play a role in both mood and pain.

Now, my turn! This thing the Medical Industry calls “Anxiety, Depression, and Panic Attacks” is a room to box you into. It was created to sell drugs by the drug companies plain and simple. These issues, ADP, are nothing more than a “Misunderstanding” that the subconscious mind has latched on to in order to attempt to restructure an “EVENT” that has occurred in order to manage it. Most of the time the subconscious mind is successful, and you move on in life going about your happy way. When it’s not successful, it gets stuck in a loop and the loop replays over and over and over and thus gets stronger affecting and derailing your life. Can it be extreme? Yes, it can but it is completely reversible if you truly want to let it go and HYPNOSIS is the best way to reverse and thus eliminate this misunderstanding.

Hypnosis allows you to reframe or eliminate the triggers, and also resolve the cause of the problem so past experiences no longer affect you or control you. Doing it this way helps you move on with your life, have a completely different response to situations in the future, and feel more in control and secure. Hypnosis can be very beneficial in many other ways, and it helps you develop a more positive outlook on life. The hypnosis process naturally helps you replace those unwanted emotions and feelings with feelings of hope and optimism.

First off, I really detest hanging negative labels on people because people will tend to live up to those labels. If you want a label to hang on to yourself, make it a positive label.

Below is the “Medical” definition of Depression. Read it and then I will put it in perspective below.

Medically speaking, Doctors have not pinpointed the exact causes for this thing they call depression. They "think" it may be a combination of things. Really! But they are really quick to prescribe harmful drugs filled with side effects.

Read below what “they MIGHT think” causes depression. If you see anything in blue, I have added this stuff to draw your attention to it.

How Does CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY Treat Stress, Anxiety, Depression, and Panic Attacks?

1. It helps you enter the subconscious.

First, we drop down from the conscious mind, which is only 10% of the mind into the subconscious mind. Now we are addressing the whole person, 100% of the mind rather than just treating the symptoms.

2. It allows you to identify the "unfinished business".

We all have unfinished business or "breadcrumbs" as I like to call them, left over from our past with whatever has been lost, be it a loved one, a job, or a home. These unresolved feelings, such as resentments, regrets, blame, anger, guilt, jealousy, and fear are stored in the subconscious mind and body. These breadcrumbs must be swept up or released as soon after the triggering event as possible. Otherwise, they become deeply buried beneath the numbness created by the anti-depressant drugs, the addictive behavior, and the concurrent repression that occurs when trauma and grief are not addressed.

Clinical hypnotherapy works for depression because it removes the underlying basis of depression and thus cleans out the breadcrumbs completing the unfinished business that otherwise continues to recycle as self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors.

3. It helps you "finish" the "unfinished business" and release the stored emotions/experiences.

With hypnotherapy, we can go down to the deepest level of these traumatic experiences, memories, and stored emotions to release them from the mind and body. When this hypnotherapy process is completed, the client reports that their depression has lifted, that they have stopped compulsive thoughts or behavior, and that they are ready to resume living their lives again.

4. It allows you to reset or reprogram the trauma with positivity.

With each session of clinical hypnotherapy "we", meaning you and I together, can replace the fearful repetitive thoughts that often haunt people following a traumatic experience. Positive affirmations now work because the underlying emotional release has been accomplished.

5. It helps you use the power of hypnotic suggestions to create long-term improvement.

Hypnotherapy provides an effective way to access the individual’s ability to affect the physical body. Once self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors have been resolved, the individual can begin to use hypnotic suggestibility to improve the body’s functioning. Hypnotherapy can be extremely helpful in correcting patterns of restless sleep, low energy or libido, headaches, or chronic pain. And one can use hypnotherapy to increase motivation to exercise and eat properly.
