Wayne Walker is a professional speaker & trainer, known for creating innovative programs on varied topics including, stress management, relationships, job related performance, sales and management training for leading businesses and corporations. As a certified Hypnotherapist, Wayne has impacted the lives of many people with his in-depth knowledge about different personality types and the ability to bring about self-improvement, through careful analysis of human behavior, eye movement and effective fear management strategies.

Wayne also holds expertise in handwriting analysis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which only helps him in improving his clients’ business and sports performance. Wayne has successfully collaborated with reputed companies to offer comprehensive trainings and seminars that further enable them to improve their employee performance and drive desired business outcomes.

Born in August 1961, Wayne was the oldest of six siblings who were raised in a broken home. He and his wife live in S. Texas on a small ranch with all their different animals.

Wayne was primarily raised by his Grandparents on a small ranch in Terrell (Texas) along with his sister and brother. At age 11 he started training in the Martial Arts, the style of Tae Kwon Do. By 16 he was competing in tournaments around the state of Texas and Full Contact by age 17. He enlisted in the US Army in 1981 and was stationed at Ft. Benning Ga. where the US Army Karate Team was based. He tried out for the team and was accepted as a member and eventual Captain of the team. He was handpicked to help train the advanced hand-to-hand courses to the Ranger and Special Forces personnel training at Ft Benning. As a member of the All Army Karate Team he performed demonstrations at High Schools and other Military Bases. He holds Black Belts in TKD and Chinese Gogu but has trained Judo, Akido, Jujitsu. He is also skilled in various different martial arts related weapons.

 

He has owned martial arts schools and was head instructor at Koo’s Martial Arts Academy in N. California.

 

After the Military he moved to Los Angeles Ca. where his father was the VP of a construction company. He continued his Martial Arts training with and under various other instructors and styles. He has trained with AL Thomas, Benny Urquidez, Chuck Norris, Judo Gene LaBelle and many others.

Wayne was exposed to hypnosis while training as a Full Contact Kick-boxer at around 17 years old. This interest sparked a desire to learn about all things mental which lead in to learning styles, personality types and many other modalities.  Wayne also holds a Certificate in Hypnotherapy and is considered a Master Hypnotist. He also has a successful business background with expertise in areas such as outside sales, business to business sales, sales management as well as general management within the publishing/advertising, construction and insurance industry. Currently he and his wife own an Insurance Agency which his wife runs and operates.

 

Wayne is unique in many ways from others in his field simply because of his life experiences and training. He did not start out in life wanting to become a hypnotist but it is where he is in life at this moment and as a result has helped many, many people improve their lives by overcoming the past.
